Define your needs

Much like any other business providing a service, the first step to take when setting up your outsourcing solution is to determine your needs and analyse how we can work together in order to achieve these results. Knowing what you need will give us a basic idea of what needs to be setup.
Some of the factors we look at are:
- Goals and / or reasons for outsourcing your processes
- Processes and / or tasks you wish to outsource
- The type of operation, ie how you want your offshore operation to interact & coordinate with your domestic operation

Services Agreement
We need to review and finalise the services agreement before we can move onto the selection / recruitment.
After reviewing your requirements, we will send you a services agreement draft, which can be reviewed and finalised as we start the selected process. This will allow us to come to an agreement before the recruitment stage is finalised. In order confirm the offer both a signed copy of agreement must be returned to us along with first months payment.
Recruitment / selection process

This undoubtably is the most important step in our process. We need to make sure we hire individuals who are highly suitable to join your team. Our HR team will implement its own stringent screening process, so we can be sure every member of your team will have the desired results. Together we will draft the job descriptions that are needed for your offshore positions, our HR team will work closely with you during the selection process.
Setting up work environment
In this step, we setup the workstation and tools your virtual will need in order to work efficiently and effectively for you.
In preparation for the first day of your offshore employment, our team will allocate the necessary equipment, workstations and other resources. The majority of the time, this is a relatively straight forward process and can be handled without client needing to be involved.
Start of operations
The first day of work at RemoteWorkmate, involves training and orientation with our Human Resources department.
On this first day of a new operation, it is always an exciting time. Newly hired employees start their first day by going through the “New Team Member Orientation” from our HR team. This is where we explain our companies policies, procedures and introduce them to several managers from various departments.
If any training is required, this will also be done on the first day. With small projects, where the tasks can be straightforward, minimal training is required. This training is done remotely by the client via training manuals and communication, via email and chat. In larger projects, companies usually send over trainers for a few weeks. In that case we need to organise training facilities and accomodation for the trainers.
Operations management
We handle Human Resources tasks, technical support and higher level project management, so you can focus getting the job done!
Now that your offshore team is working on your project, we will provide you with a level of operational managment. This will ensure a smooth running outsourced operation by providing the following:
- HR Management: Sick leaves, holiday leaves, attendence records, employee payments and any other HR related tasks
- Technical Support: We have a technical support team, which is responsible for all software and hardware implementations
- Operational Management: Our management team is in place to be your first point of contact, when any action needs to be taken with your offshore team.
