Remote Workmate Davao Branch Experiences Rapid Growth

After almost just a month in operation, the Remote Workmate branch in Davao City, Philippines has been experiencing continuous growth in terms of client acquisition and Virtual Assistants recruitment. These two aspects of the company are highly inter-dependent because the number of staff recruited is merely based on the clients’ demand.

On average, the sales and marketing department of the company can successfully close two deals with a client every week. With that, the company recently has six new recruits in a span of three weeks. Some of the tasks delegated to the new staff are SEO, Live Chat Support, Web Development and design, and Administrative tasks. Technically, Remote Workmate, Davao has doubled its size in one month. The company is basically focused on non-voice service like those mentioned above, but is planning to extend to telemarketing and customer services once the appropriate infrastructures are established. Recently, the Manila office of Remote Workmate is the one that is specializing on voice services. For the following months, Virtual assistants in both Philippine branches are encouraged by the project managers to try their best to accurately accomplish the tasks of the clients to achieve a higher rate of client retention and loyalty.

According to the company director, this growth pace of the Davao branch is faster than expected, and as long as the company continues to retain and acquire clients, it is not far from attaining its goal of becoming one of the largest BPO Company in the city.
